Lookout Software acquires RSSCalendar

“Lookout Software, LLC., a developer of Microsoft Outlook calendar sharing application for users without Exchange Server, OfficeCalendar; and a new AJAX time tracking solution for SME’s, Office Timesheets; announced today that it has acquired RSSCalendar, an innovative online event and calendaring syndication solution. The acquisition is intended to strengthen the company’s product portfolio by leveraging its knowledge of business-to-business group and shared calendaring, and Microsoft Outlook add-in development expertise.
Lookout Software has also acquired a provisional patent for RSS syndication of calendars as part of the acquisition of RSSCalendar in which it will be researching extensively over the coming months”
