Netsplorer - a stand-alone application designed with the most advanced programming language available. As a result it barely uses your CPU and RAM. It resides on your desktop in the form of a headline ticker. It allows the user to control its speed, font style/size/color, background color, transparency and pop-up alert bubble duration. The headlines are clickable and trigger a direct URL browser link to articles, video or audio files
